My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were stiflingly hot, and housekeeping staff didn't replenish essential items. However, the hotel offers fabulous steaks though chips are not included in the price. The location was lovely, overlooking the beautiful Hardwick Park, but the breakfast room was also uncomfortably warm.

Located in beautiful parklands, the hotel provides a unique experience, with lovely surroundings for walks. The dining experience was somewhat affected by noise, but the downstairs restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with friendly service and beautiful surroundings.

The service was fantastic overall, with friendly staff, though some may benefit from retraining in customer focus. The location is perfect for countryside walks and overlooks the beautiful Hardwick Park, offering an excellent experience. Dining options were varied and excellent, especially the vast buffet table for breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay.
