My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were stiflingly hot, and housekeeping staff didn't replenish essential items. However, the hotel offers fabulous steaks though chips are not included in the price. The location was lovely, overlooking the beautiful Hardwick Park, but the breakfast room was also uncomfortably warm.

The hotel offers good-sized and very comfortable rooms with modern amenities and a pleasant decor. The service was friendly and helpful, though there were some delays in the dining room. Located in beautiful parklands, the hotel provides a unique experience, with lovely surroundings for walks. The dining experience was somewhat affected by noise, but the downstairs restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with friendly service and beautiful surroundings.
